Before we start the process of converting a Lead to a Contact or Account in Salesforce, we need to first qualify the Lead with a few questions.
- Do we completely understand what the customer needs?
- Can we offer a product that will meet the needs of the customer ?
- Does the customer have a reasonable good appetite to buy the product?
- Does the customer have the financial resources to buy the product?
- Is the customer ready to buy the product?
If the answer is yes to all the above qualifying questions, then we are ready to convert the Lead to a Contact or Account.
